She has been in private practice since 1980, bringing
a wide range of skills and experience to the firm. Additionally,
she is a trained Mediator and believes these skills are
invaluable in the broadening arenas of conflict resolution.
Eileen is trained in understanding people, identifying
strengths and weaknesses, diagnosing specific areas of
problems, developing stress management skills, and facilitating
growth and performance enhancement. She has worked with
organizations, agencies, groups, families and individuals
for many years in Alberta and internationally.
Working in a consultative position to boards, groups and
associations, Eileen has developed and implemented

the needs of the people they serve. As a “team person”,
Eileen believes the strength is reflected in the close
collegial relations which have worked exceedingly effectively
to provide superior expertise for our clients. This strength
has been particularly evident in the psycho-legal area
of our practice. Eileen has been called to both the Court
of Queen’s Bench and The Provincial Court of Alberta
as an Expert Witness in matters pertaining to child custody
and sexual abuse.
Eileen has taught at the University level and has trained
groups in organizational settings. Currently, she is a

Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. Additionally,
she belongs to many related professional associations
and works actively to promote the enhancement of professionalism
in the field. Her doctoral research is in the area of
