Suzanne Fong is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with adults in a variety of settings. (Outpatient clinics, correctional institutions, private) she has experience and specialized training in exposure-based therapeutic modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Prolonged Exposure. In addition, she has obtained specific training in Forensic Assessment.

Suzanne has worked in correctional institutions providing therapy to offenders and risk assessments. In recent years, she worked at an outpatient clinic providing therapy and assessment to current members of the RCMP and former members of the Canadian Forces. Currently, she splits her time between Fong & Associates and The Newly Institute (an intensive outpatient program with a focus on psychedelic-assisted therapies).

In therapy, I adopt a compassionate and action-oriented approach tailored to your specific needs. My approach is honest with an emphasis on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. In doing so, we are better able to work together to increase an understanding of your problems. My goal is to boost your skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and overall improve emotional and mental wellbeing.
